    Monitors 1) effectiveness of the City's SMWBC, 2) local practices and policies which may have discriminatory impact on minority and women-owned businesses, 3) facilitates communication between the City and small businesses, 4) evaluate City policies and regulations for their impact on small businesses. 8 year term limit
