(b) Ordinance No. 8991 relating to zoning: Amending zoning district boundaries in the vicinity of the east side of Sabino Canyon Road approximately 2400 feet north of Tanque Verde Road in Case C9-96-01, Tack Room - Sabino Canyon Road.
The City Manager recommends the approval of the clarification of the rezoning condition number 6 and the adoption of the subject ordinance.
Twenty-three (23) approvals and six (6) protests were received. None of the protests are within the 150 foot area.
A simple majority vote will be necessary to adopt the subject ordinance.
6. PUBLIC HEARING: RICHLAND HEIGHTS EAST DISTRICT TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENT

(b) Hearing. One objection to the extent of the district was filed, which under provision of A.R.S. 48-579 requires a hearing.

(d) Resolution No. 17856. Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of Tucson, Arizona, overruling protests and denying objections to the extent of the assessment district, ordering the improvement known as the "Richland Heights East District Traffic Improvement," in the City of Tucson, Arizona, and ordering the publication of a notice of the passage of the resolution ordering the work, and inviting sealed bids for making the improvement, all in accordance with the provisions of Title 48, Chapter 4, Article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, and amendments and supplements thereto.
