A. TUCSON CODE: AMENDING (CHAPTER 5) RELATING TO BICYCLES; ALLOWING LOCAL TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT AGENTS TO RIDE A BICYCLE ON PUBLIC SIDEWALKS

(2) Ordinance No. 9046 relating to riding and parking of bicycles; amending the Tucson Code, Chapter 5, Article I, Section 5-2.1 to exempt local traffic enforcement agents.

B. TRANSPORTATION: ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FLOOD AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AGENCIES’ LEGAL FUND
