(b) Resolution No. 18035 relating to finance; adopting a tentative budget for the 1998-99 fiscal year and fixing times and places, confirming time and place of Truth in Taxation public hearing, to conduct a public hearing on said budget, to adopt the final budget in a special meeting, and to fix times and place to determine the primary and secondary tax levies for said fiscal year.
The second public hearing for the City’s recommended budget is scheduled for June 8, 1998.
6. TUCSON CODE: AMENDING (CHAPTER 4) RELATING TO ANIMALS AND FOWL; INCREASING DOG LICENSE FEES AND DELINQUENCY PENALTY

(b) Ordinance No. 9062 relating to zoning: Amending zoning district boundaries in the vicinity of the east side of Harrison Road approximately 1000 feet south of 22nd Street in rezoning case C9-96-03 Libitsky - Harrison Road, SR to R-1.
The City Manager recommends that the subject ordinance be adopted.
Thirteen (13) written approvals and twenty-six (26) written protests were received for this case. This represents a protest by area of 8 percent to the north, 8 percent to the south, 16 percent to the west and 0 percent to the east.
A simple majority vote will be necessary to adopt the subject ordinance.
