    (b) Request to rezone property at the southeast corner of Speedway Boulevard and Harrison Road from SR and C-1 to R-1 in lieu of the requested R-2 zoning. Applicant: Mike Grassinger of the Planning Center. The approved development plan is for 161-lot single family subdivision. The City Manager recommends adoption of the ordinance presented.

    (c) Ordinance No. 9512 relating to zoning: Amending zoning district boundaries in the area located at the southeast corner of Speedway Boulevard and Harrison Road in Case C9-00-16, Pulte Home Corporation - Harrison Road, SR and C-1 to R-1 (Ward 2).

    Ten (10) written approvals and eight (8) written protests have been received for this case. Three (3) of the protests lie within the 150 foot protest area resulting in a protest by area of 11.45 percent to the south, 1.59 percent to the east, and zero percent to the north and west.

    A simple majority vote will be necessary to adopt the ordinance presented.
