Small Business Services (SBS) provides information and resources for every stage of your business development. Payments accepted for sales taxes, business license fees, liquor fees, water, refuse, sign codes, improvement district assessments, and most other payments due the City. Cashiers also sell bus passes. City Cashiers do not accept traffic and parking citation payments.
CFDs are an important tool for municipalities to support beneficial growth and development through the financing of public infrastructure. The Arizona Community Facilities District Act approved in 1988 provides for the establishment of CFDs by Arizona cities and towns. A CFD is a special purpose improvement district within the boundaries of the city or town and is a separate political subdivision typically governed by the Mayor and Council.
