General Services Department

The Communications Division provides essential 9-1-1 and fire/medical emergency dispatch services to all City of Tucson residents, visitors, and many residents of Pima County. The division maintains reliable and cost effective wireless and data communications systems to assist City departments in delivering public services.

The Communications Division works together to provide emergency services to the residents of Tucson and several outlying Fire Districts.
