The City of Tucson's Housing and Community Development Department's Code Enforcement division only has authorization to enforce the code within City limits. Jurisdictions outside the City limits have their own codes and enforcement guidelines. We will inform you by email if we are unable to investigate your claim due to the location residing outside City limits.
