The City of Tucson is accepting public comments on its 2014 Public Housing Annual Plan. Comments are being accepted through April 9, 2013. A public hearing on the Plan is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. in the Mayor and Council Chambers, 255 W. Alameda. To view a copy of the draft plan, click here:
Public Housing Lease
After considering several comments and suggestions received during the public comment period, the new Public Housing Lease has been finalized and can be found here.
Residents may also obtain a printed copy from their management office. Residents will begin signing the new lease in November 2012 and it will take effect on January 1, 2013.
The Mayor and Council will consider proposed changes to the Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance (Tucson Code, chapter 16) at its June 12 Study Session. A link to the Study Session Agenda may be found here: http://www.tucsonaz.gov/sirepub/mtgviewer.aspx?meetid=930&doctype=AGENDA
