Included is the City Manager’s transmittal letter. The Department Budgets section contains descriptions of each department’s programs, and the resources that support each program.

The Legal Authorization section summarizes state and local legal provisions for the budget adoption process. The Summary section includes revenue and expenditure information, and descriptions of funds and revenues.
