Tucson 12 Named Government Television Station of the Year for 10th Time
2009 NATOA Award Winners

For the tenth time in the past fifteen years, the City’s television station received a national award for “Excellence in Government Programming.” 

The National Association of Telecommunications Officers & Advisors (NATOA) named Tucson 12 as government station of the year.  The award honors the station’s year-round variety of programming quality. 

Tucson 12 received a total of six awards, at the 24th annual NATOA conference held earlier this month in New Orleans, Louisiana.  NATOA awards recognize excellence in broadcast, cable, multimedia and electronic programming developed by municipal agencies.  This year, NATOA received more than 810 entries submitted by local governments in more than 21 states across the country and Canada.

Conexion 12 – Special Audience
