Inspectors investigate reported property and housing code violations of the Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance that affect residents' safety.

Neighborhood associations may choose to register with HCDD. Registration provides neighborhood associations with assistance with mailings, meeting facility arrangements, clean-ups, and certain victims' rights protections.
