The Office of Equal Opportunity Programs (OEOP) enforces Chapter 17 of the Tucson Code. OEOP investigates allegations of violations of the Code which prohibits employment, public accommodation and housing discrimination based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, age, disability, gender, gender identity, marital status, and sexual orientation, and/or familial status.
