Farmers’ markets are a great way to access food grown naturally without the use of pesticides or other chemicals. Fruits and vegetables are fresher because locally grown food doesn’t have to travel as far to get into your kitchen. Buying from local food producers also contributes to the sustainability of our local economy. Farmers’ markets are a community effort, connecting the people who grow our food to those who eat it!
