Weight Room Orientation Classes

  • Saturday, 9:00 am

Senior Nutrition program

For ages 60+
Lunch offered Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm (Donation $1.50 per meal).

Recreation activities include:

  • socialization and fun

Enhance Fitness Class

Class runs continuously on Monday/Wednesday/Friday
10:15 am - 11:15 am

Must register through PCOA.
