New fees have gone into effect at Parks and Recreation for sports leagues, aquatics, KIDCO, Reid Park Zoo, ramada rentals, permits, use of Reid Park’s DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center and teen and therapeutic programs, and the discount program for leisure classes has been discontinued.
