Tucson City Court is responsible for all citation collections, claims, and hearings regarding parking violations. The information on this page is provided as a service to our customers. You can contact the Tucson City Court by phone Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at (520) 791-4216 or online here: Tucson City Court. If you receive a parking ticket from ParkWise, the most important thing to do is decide quickly whether you will take responsibility for the ticket or contest it. You have 30 days to either pay the ticket or request a hearing before additional fees are automatically added to the cost of the ticket. Fines can be paid with a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card either with a phone call to (520) 791-4216, or in person at 103 E. Alameda Street in Downtown Tucson. Walk-in hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Phone in hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Make checks payable to "City of Tucson" A service charge of $28.00 will be assessed for any returned checks.
If a payment is not received within thirty (30) days a default fee ($50.00) and a state ordered time payment fee ($20.00) will be assessed. Additional fees will be incurred on past due accounts submitted to a collection agency.
Hearing requests must be received within thirty (30) days. If you wish to contest the charge(s) before a judge, complete the information area on the ticket and return it by mail to:
Print your name and address clearly in the space provided. A hearing will be scheduled and you will be notified by mail of the time and date of your hearing. Failure to appear at your hearing will result in a default judgement and may result in civil court action for failure to pay the fine(s) and fees assessed.
