Apply for Certificate of Occupancy

New C of O/Zoning Compliance Policy

A new C of O policy has gone into effect February 3, 2011.  A Zoning Compliance review is still required for any change in Tenancy. This review may result in a Zoning Compliance Certificate instead of a new Certificate of Occupancy. For questions about the new policy, contact Ron Boose, Building Official at 520-837-4937 or David Rivera, Zoning Review Manager at 520-837-4957.
