A. What are three types of features or elements that would contribute substantially to creating a stronger sense of place for the OARP area? Where would these be located?
B. What physical linkages should be emphasized between
the OARP area and other areas in Tucson?
C. Is there a particular part (or parts) of the OARP area
that should be the focus of initial, detailed urban design /
redevelopment efforts? Why?
D. Are there other places in Tucson or elsewhere that evoke the type of feel / look you imagine for the OARP area in general or for specific locations within the area?

Small Group Instructions
1. Discuss questions.
2. Please draw, write, label directly on the maps to the greatest extent possible.
3. For those things that can’t be indicated on the map, write on flip chart.
4. Work toward consensus on responses to Questions A - C, but try to capture range of ideas in on maps and in notes.
5. Select spokesperson to provide highlights of discussion to full group.
