Plan Element: Urban Design Small Group Instructions 1. Discuss questions. 2. Please draw, write, label directly on the maps to the greatest extent possible. 3. For those things that can’t be indicated on the map, write on flip chart. 4. Work toward consensus on responses to Questions A - C, but try to capture range of ideas in on maps and in notes. 5.
