Chapter 23A – Article II. Review Procedures

Property Research Online (PRO) - Search for staff review comments on Rezoning and/or Special Exception cases (instructions below)

To view the staff comments on a rezoning or special exception project, click on PRO Link. Type in the address number, direction and street name and click on ‘Search’. The address of the property will appear on the next screen. Click on the address. If the address appears once again on the following screen, click on the address. The next screen will list review activities. Under the text box look for, ‘Rezoning Cases’ or ‘Special Development Request & Requirements’, highlighted in gray. Locate the small text box labeled ‘Review” and click on it. The following screen will have a small text box labeled ‘Details’. Click on "DETAILS" - REZONING ZE HEARING to view the staff comments.

Staff comments may also be accessed using the ‘Advanced Search’ and entering the rezoning case number (i.e., C9-09-01) or the activity number for a Special Exception case. The activity number is a modified version of the special exception case number. For example, special exception case number SE-07-32, is assigned T07SE00032 as an activity number.

Once the number has been typed in and the page opened, click on the address and follow the remaining instructions above.
