If you are requesting officers assigned to surveillance or Major Offender Units you must request your interview through the County Attorneys office, 740-5600. 

To complete the interview request form, simply fill in the required fields, and click the "submit" button.

Note: Interview Requests submitted after 3PM on Friday will not be forwarded to the appropriate department member until the following Monday.
