Neighborhood Stabilization Program-2 (NSP2), funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)
Over a three year period, 400 units of housing will be built or improved. Assistance will be provided to new owners including:

Members of P-NIP include Pima County, the City of Tucson, Southern Arizona Land Trust, Community Investment Corporation, Family Housing Resources, Habitat for Humanity, Primavera Foundation, and Chicanos Por La Causa.
"Community Success Stories" are stories shared by community organizations about funding they have received through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) that will benefit our local community. The City of Tucson is not responsible for the application process of these grants, nor will it be involved in the distribution of these funds.
