An Advanced Payment Account (APA) is a convenient payment option for our customers. Customers deposit funds into their own Advanced Payment Account, making them available for payment of plan review and traffic control permit fees.

A search of an individual Advanced Payment Account will show transaction details and current balances for a chosen period of time. You will need your Advanced Payment Account number and Pin number to enter this site. This site is restricted to Advanced Payment Account users.
