The Cashier is open from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal holidays.  Listed below are the various bills, fees, taxes, etc. that you can pay at this location:

• water bills

• sewer bills

• refuse bills

• sign code

• improvement assessments

• sales and occupational tax

• parking citations

You may also pay non-delinquent citations for City Courts.

In addition, customers can also purchase bus passes at the Cashier's office.

We are adjacent to the Clements Recreation Center, where you can swim, play basketball, fooz-ball and pool/billiards, or just take a leisure class!  Call the Clements Center at 791-5787 for further information about their hours, activities, facilities, fees, etc.

Free notary service is available at the Ward IV City Council Office.  Please call ahead for an appointment at 791-3199.
