Tucson Water and Pima County Community Action Agency (PCCAA) offer bill payment assistance to our low-income customers. Under the program, customers must meet the low-income/family-size criteria to be eligible for reduced water bill payments twice during the City of Tucson fiscal year, which runs from July 1 through June 30. Additionally, those who rent from a Tucson Water customer (such as residents of apartment complexes served by Tucson Water) may be eligible for participation if their landlord bills them separately for water.
