BCC's are beginning to meet again. Until further notice and direction from the City Manager's Office, all meetings are to be conducted remotely through technological means (i.e., Microsoft Teams). Members of the public may listen in on the meetings from a computer, tablet or phone. To access the meeting, go to the agenda for the meeting you are interested in, and click on the meeting link. See screenshot below for example of login instructions if BCC is using Microsoft Teams:

2012 Bond Oversight Commission (BOC)
2) Description
Monitor the progress of the projects funded by the 2012 Bond
Program; and monitor the progress of street improvement projects
funded by the 2017 charter amendment.
Ensure that the purposes for which the Bond Program and the 2017
charter amendment (with respect to street improvements) was approved
are carried out and that proceeds from the Bond Program and the
revenues dedicated for street improvements under the 2017 charter
amendment are separately accounted for.
