Due to Safety Concerns, the Los Reales Landfill Will Not Accept Cash Payments - Credit & Debit Cards Only
The City of Tucson’s Los Reales Landfill is adopting a new rate schedule to simplify transactions in order to smoothly process customers accessing the landfill.
The landfill is experiencing unusually high customer traffic which is causing long lines and is impacting traffic safety. A simplified rate schedule is being adopted to reduce the number of vehicles that are required to weigh out. The new rate schedule is as follows:
|Pickup Truck w/Trailer||$25/load|
|16,000 lb. and over (Requires weigh out)||$32/ton|
The new rate schedule should simplify transactions and ease the long wait times for all customers. For more information, visit www.tucsonaz.gov/landfill
