Report Available Outlining Future of Development Impact Fees

The City of Tucson collects development impact fees to fund public infrastructure improvements needed due to new residential and non-residential growth. Under review now, these fees are set based on a report outlining growth projections and current and future infrastructure needs.

The report and data must be updated every five years per Arizona statute.

The latest report is now available for online viewing. The public is welcome to review and provide comments via email to Samuel.Rogers@tucsonaz.gov.

The public review period is essential to understand issues prior to a public hearing before the Mayor and Tucson City Council, tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 6.
