The City of Tucson is recruiting an electronics technician for its Transportation Department. The position’s primary duties involve constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic-controlled equipment and traffic signal systems.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining emergency electronic and communication systems and performing preventive maintenance. An associate degree and at least two years of experience maintaining and repairing electronic equipment, two-way radio, microwave, fiber optic, and related communications systems are required.
Applications must be received by March 3. Oral board interviews will be held March 12.
