The City of Tucson is hiring a planner for its Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD). This position will assist with a variety of land use planning projects and review proposed land use changes for compliance.
Duties include enforcing zoning codes, assisting the public by providing information on zoning laws and transportation programs, and analyzing development impacts, transportation, and planning needs. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in land use planning.
The deadline to apply is March 1. A written assignment will be due on March 22 and oral board interviews will be held the week of March 30.
