The position is responsible for conducting real-time crime investigative research, and analyzing and reporting on gathered information to support detectives and officers. An analyst also conducts investigative research of alleged criminal activities, performs background searches on suspected criminals, and monitors social networking sites.
Minimum qualifications include an associate degree and at least one year relevant law enforcement experience. The deadline to apply is Feb. 17. Video/telephone interviews and oral board interviews will be held Feb. 20 and 22, respectively.
