Open House to Discuss Reid Park Improvements and Zoo Master Plan

Tucson Parks and Recreation and the Tucson Zoological Society are hosting a public open house to discuss Gene C. Reid Park improvements and the Reid Park Zoo Master Plan. The open house will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 5:30-7:30 p.m., at the Randolph Golf Complex, Copper Room, 602 S. Alvernon Way.

Reid Park projects include a new splash pad, new playground, improvements to the DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center, and improvements to the walking path. Reid Park Zoo staff will have information regarding the Zoo’s Master Plan and the timeline and phases of the expansion.
