The 24th Annual Tucson Fire Fighters Chili Cook Off is Saturday, Oct. 26, 10 a.m.-8 p.m., at Reid Park's DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center. Admission is free and award-winning chili and beverages will be for sale.
The day features 24 themed chili booths, live music, a kids zone, Halloween costume contests for kids and adults, and more. It begins with a Superhero Fun Run at 8:30 a.m. in memory of former Tucson Firefighter Patrick Taylor. Individuals and teams can sign up at the website ticket link.
This year's Chili Cook Off benefits three charities: Tucson Fire Fighter Charities, the Greater Purpose Project School Heroes Program, and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
