Customers may experience delays when calling (520) 791-3242 for service through Friday, Nov. 1, as new staff finishes training and prepares to join experienced employees. Tucson Water recommends calling during the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays when the utility is able to make more representatives available.
Customers have several options to manage their accounts online through Tucson Utility Billing, Automated Bill Payment, Interactive Voice Response, and more.
