Garages and Surface Parking Lots - Monthly Permit Parking
Commuters working in the Downtown area may purchase monthly permits that give them unlimited access to their chosen garage or lot. Employees who pay by the day should consider purchasing a permit, which is a better value. Permit-holders at garages are issued a permit sticker and an access card that allows them to enter and exit the garage, while permit-holders at surface lots are issued a permit in the form of a hanging tag for the rear-view mirror. The fee for replacing a lost garage access card is $50.00.

Bicycle Locker Rental
Bicycle lockers are available for rental at several parking garage locations and outside of City Hall. Lockers are available at City-State Garage, Library Garage, La Entrada Garage, and the Public Works Garage. The annual fee is $24, paid in advance, and a $30 refundable deposit is required.
