The Edith Ball Adaptive Recreation Center is located in Gene C. Reid Park.
The Edith Ball Adaptive Recreation Center (ARC) is an award-winning facility that offers a unique experience for all. The outdoor, covered Recreation Pool offers a variety of fitness classes, lap swimming, and open swim times to enjoy the walking channel and play features in the zero-depth area. The indoor, warm water Therapy Pool provides individuals with disabilities an opportunity to experience benefits including increased range of motion and flexibility, relief of pain due to arthritis or other conditions, and overall relaxation. Both the Recreation Pool and the Therapy Pool are fully accessible.

Join us for a free Splash 'n' Hunt event at the Edith Ball Adaptive Recreation Center, 3455 E. Zoo Court, on Saturday, April 1, from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Children ages 17 and younger can take a dip into the pool to collect easter eggs. Once collected, they can turn them in to receive a prize. There will be entertainment and light refreshments. You must reserve a time slot, either 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. or 1-2:30 p.m. Spots are limited. To reserve your spot call 520-791-5643, first-come, first-served. Normal pool rules apply. Patrons in diapers must wear a tight-fitting, waterproof swim cover over a swim diaper.
