If equipment is used longer than the initial minimum rental period, additional fees will be charged. The additional use rate is 20% of the original rate. *A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total cost is required. |
* Temporary Special Event Pima County Health Permit required if selling or distributing food.
* City of Tucson Business License will be required if selling goods and services.
* Non-profit organization will need to provide a copy of a 501(c)(3) in order to receive a non-profit rate.
All required documentation will need to be presented at Parks Administration (900 S. Randolph Way) in order to obtain the vendor permit.
