Transmission Line Relief Special Exception continued to next meeting

The Planning Commission held a continued public hearing on the Underground Transmission Line Relief Special Exception proposal on Wednesday, March 11. The public hearing was continued due to a lack of quorum during the April 6 meeting.

After numerous speakers addressed the board, the public hearing was closed. The Planning Commission deliberated many of the issues raised by members of the public and requested that staff make some refinements to the proposed code amendment.

The item has been continued to the next Planning Commission meeting that will take place on Wednesday, June 1 at 6 p.m.

The agenda and materials for that meeting will be posted approximately one week in advance.
