The Pima County Recorder Offices will be open for extended hours to accommodate last-minute voter registration on Monday, July 6, 2020. July 6 is the deadline to register to vote in the August 4, 2020, Primary Election.
“Fourth of July weekend is a busy time for many families, so we want to give everyone the opportunity to register to vote on Monday,” says F. Ann Rodriguez, Pima County Recorder. “The Recorder’s downtown office and east side office will be open 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6, so people can register to vote for the August 4 Primary Election.” The Recorder’s Office staff will also be available until 7:00 p.m. to answer questions by telephone about voter registration: 520-724-4330.
Pima County makes it easy to register to vote:
- Register online to vote at www.servicearizona.com, deadline is midnight, Monday, July 6
- Fill out a paper registration form available at all post offices, public libraries, and Recorder’s offices and mail it back.
- Print a paper registration form from the Recorder website: https://www.recorder.pima.gov/Docs/Voter_registration_fillable_form.pdf
If using a paper form, voters must sign and date the form on or before July 6, and return it by mail or in person to one of the Recorder’s offices.
